Privacy

Privacy policy.

How we collect, use and look after your personal information. Last updated 13 September 2026.

Who we are

Quick Code Creations ("we", "us") is a software studio based in Sydney, Australia. This policy covers quickcc.au and the forms on it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us or request an estimate: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your company, phone number, budget, how you heard about us, your project description and the options you picked in the project estimator.

When you browse the site: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect usage information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link your visit to your account. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, sensitive information.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
  • To deliver and support any work you engage us for.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
  • To keep the site secure and filter out spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart, and the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so Meta can measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site. We also store a small note in your browser once you dismiss the cookie notice so it does not show again.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences. The site works the same either way.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

  • Formspark, which receives and stores form submissions and forwards them to us.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC), for site usage statistics.
  • Meta (Meta Platforms, Inc.), for ad measurement and audiences.
  • Netlify, which hosts the website.

These providers store data on servers that may be outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what each one needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and any record-keeping period the law requires. Google Analytics and Meta keep usage data according to their own retention settings and policies.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@quickcc.au and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
