Certifyd

Certifyd: making NDIS compliance software easy to understand before launch.

HealthcareTrustTechnologyPremium

Overview

Certifyd is a compliance and record keeping product for independent NDIS support workers. It pulls visits, progress notes, evidence and invoicing into one connected workflow. The product was still pre-launch, so the job was a landing page that explains all of that in plain language and collects waitlist sign-ups from support workers who have very little spare time.

Goal

Make a detailed compliance workflow feel simple, build trust with people whose work gets audited, and get visitors onto the waitlist without needing a sales call.

Process

We built the page around one idea: one visit, one record. It walks through the five steps of a visit, from participant management to schedule, capture, confirm and invoice, using real app screens rather than a list of features. The compliance worries are answered head on, with the common gaps on one side and how Certifyd closes them on the other.

Technical approach

Built in React and Next.js with Tailwind CSS. The page has an interactive step through of the app, scroll animations, and a waitlist form that captures sign-ups straight from the page. It loads fast on a phone, which is where most support workers will open it.

Results

  • A detailed compliance workflow explained in under a minute
  • Real app screens instead of a list of features
  • Waitlist sign-ups captured straight from the page
  • A look that holds up in an audited industry
  • Fast and fully responsive on phones
How we work

Our 4-stage process.

01

Planning

We mapped what a support worker needs to believe before joining a waitlist, then cut the page down to that: what it does, how a visit flows through it, and why the records hold up.

02

Design

A calm, clinical look built on the Certifyd green and blue, with plenty of white space and real product screens carrying the explanation rather than stock imagery.

03

Development

React and Next.js with Tailwind CSS, an interactive walk through of the five visit steps, scroll animations, and a waitlist form wired up to capture sign-ups.

04

Launch

Tested across phones and desktops, then launched so the waitlist could start collecting sign-ups ahead of the product release.

Our takeaway

Compliance software is hard to explain and easy to make dull. The win here was showing the actual workflow, step by step, so a support worker understands it before they finish scrolling.
